Every sensei is assigned a personal code ninjas email in outlook to access ​all of the Code Ninjas systems. This email is necessary to start your ​training and onboarding and should be kept confidential. Make sure to ​write your passcode down in a secure place so you don’t forget. Your email ​will look something like this:

When you begin your shift, one of the first things you should do is check ​your outlook email. This is how management will communicate ​important work-related information that is often time-sensitive such as:

  • You have been assigned a tour
  • There is a customer service follow-up
  • A lead needs to be contacted
  • A tour responds to your Game-Building-Session email
  • Curriculum updates
  • Program and material updates
  • Training assignments
  • Assignments and requests from management
  • Work-related communications from your team

Impact

IMPACT

IMPACT is our proprietary coding platform that ninjas use to progress ​through their belts. Part of your onboarding training includes completing ​the levels under each belt. You will be assigned a demo account that you ​will log into during scheduled training times or during downtime in the ​Dojo. By completing each belt, you will be able to effectively assist kids ​when they have trouble with a project.

This is our customer management system (CRM). It holds all of our ​customer records and is where you will do things like:

  • Check-in students for their sessions
  • Register students for classes and events
  • Run reports
  • Find customer account information
  • Update ninjas progress

Graham sharepoint

SharePoint is Code Ninjas’ central resource hub where you will access ​curriculum and materials for all programs, camps, clubs, and events. This ​is where you will find additional training and curriculum resources, ​company updates, etc.


You will use Sharepoint frequently and should be bookmarked for easy ​access. This does not include center-specific information.
